Ok...so I started a diet on Friday Nov 4, 2011. At that time I did not have a scale to see how much I weighed but I remember what I weighed the last time which was about 5 months ago and it was 198. I have been counting my calories and have been trying to keep them to 1200 a day. I've been doing pretty good at it, except for eating one donut. I have been walking...and trying to keep active. So today I went and bought a scale. My weight as of today is 188, so ive lost ten pounds since the last time i weighed myself. This is just a blog that I will try to keep updated and hopefully watch the pounds go away! I will also try to update every week with a picture...
